The majority of our management clients are located in Miami Beach or in bay side communities nearby. We can reach most of these client properties in less than 15 minutes. We know each board member and most of the owners. We know the physical properties from the ground up and use this knowledge to manage efficiently, to work within operational budgets, and to plan for potential problems and upgrades.
